Via the Users Page
1 - Navigate to the Users Page
2 - Select 'Create New User'
3 - Enter the new User's Email and Name
4 - As this new user is an external collaborator, select one of the 'External Roles' from the dropdown
5 - Select a Company for the Guest User from the dropdown.
6 - Select 'Save'
7 - Observe that the New User has been added to the Users list
This user has now been sent an email invitation to register for access to your work area on Veratrak.

Via the Workspace Page
Users can be added via the 'Create Workspace' or 'Edit Workspace' pages. For more information on these pages please see here, and here.
1 - Select 'Invite a new user by email' in the 'Create Workspace' or 'Edit Workspace' page
2 - Enter the new User's Email and Name. Select the Company for the new user from the dropdown
Note: any user added via the Workspace form will have the Guest User Role
3 - Select 'Send Invite'
Note: This sends an invitation to the new user to register for access to the work area. Once registered, they will be able to access this workspace.
4 - Observe that the External Collaborator has been added as a Workspace Collaborator
