If you forget your password or can’t login, click the ‘Forgot my password’ link on the login page, follow the instructions, and you’ll receive an email containing a link that will take you to the password reset page where you can change your password. As a reminder, the following criteria must be met:
Minimum 8 characters in length
Minimum 1 uppercase (capital) letter
Minimum 1 lowercase letter
Minimum 1 number (0-9)
Minimum 1 symbol / special character (!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~)
After you've set a new password, you'll be directed to the Veratrak system where you can log in with your new credentials.
Remember, as we use 3rd-party cookies to ensure secure authentication, you'll need to have these enabled in your browser. If you don't know how to do this, your company's IT department or this guide (unaffiliated with Veratrak) might be helpful.
