The Data Collection Module enables Users to manually submit data against predefined templates via file upload or manual entry and view their status updates and details.
This module can assist companies in collecting reporting metrics such as KPIs or sustainability reporting statistics.
Here's an overview of the module:
Users can click the down arrowhead button to unfold the record and view individual upload details:
The details of the selected file upload are displayed based on its processing status, as follows:
In case of a "Success" status, the "Preview" and "Download" buttons will be available for the uploaded file.
If the file has a "Failed" status and the submitted data collection option is for non self-reported monthly total per shipment", then the "Preview" and "Reupload" buttons will be displayed.
The current emissions status details will be briefly described in text.
The name of the submitted file and/or the attached file will be shown.
Uploading data to the Data Collection
There are 2 methods of uploading data to the Data Collection:
via File Upload as a CSV file;
thought Manual Data Entry.
