How to Resend a User Invitation

Learn how to resend a user invitation with a new registration link

When a User is invited to the Veratrak platform, they are sent an Invitation email with a registration link. This link expires after 30 days.

In scenarios where an email was previously blocked by a firewall, or the link has expired, you can resend invitations to new, unregistered users.

Note: Only the registration link in the most recent invitation email will be valid. All previous email links become invalid.

To resend a user invitation

Navigate to the Users page and search for the User that requires a new invitation email.

Click the blue "Re-send invite" button

Observe the Confirmation modal that confirms the invitation has been resent!

Note: Invitation emails can only be resent to unregistered users. If a registered user is having difficulty logging in, they can reset their password.
