How to View and Edit Your Profile and Preferences

Learn how to view your permissions, edit your details, and change preferences.

View your Permissions

1 - Navigate to your Profile page

2 - Observe your Personal Information, Permissions, Preferences and Email Notifications

The allowed actions are determined by your user role. You can read more about user roles here.

Note: if you are a member of multiple work areas, you can have different personal information, permissions, preferences, and email notifications in each.

Edit your Username

All registered users are able to change their user name on the Veratrak platform, via their Profile page.

1 - Navigate to your Profile page

2 - Edit the 'Name' area

3 - Select 'Save'

4 - Observe the Confirmation modal that confirms your profile has been updated!

Note: if you are a member of multiple work areas, you can have different usernames in each.

Edit your Email Notifications

All registered users are able to mange their email notifications on the Veratrak platform, via their Profile page.

Note: This selection is user-specific to your profile, and does not affect any other user's notifications.

1 - Navigate to your Profile page

2 - Tick the email notifications that you want to receive, and untick the email notification you do not want to receive

3 - Select 'Save'

4 - Observe the Confirmation modal that confirms your profile has been updated!

Note: Essential email notifications for registration, access, and assigned tasks cannot be disabled

Note: Bell notifications will continue to be sent for all scenarios, regardless of email notification preferences.
