The Workspace list can be filtered by workspace status, workspace name, and any workspace or workflow custom fields.
The filter applied by a user to the workspace list is saved for that user, and this filter will remain applied whenever that user views the workspace list page.
Filter by Status
1 - Navigate to the Workspace page
2 - Select the Status dropdown, and select a status
All statuses (In progress and Completed workspaces)
In progress workspaces
Completed workspaces
Archived workspaces
3 - Only workspaces with that filter will be displayed in the Workspace list

Filter by Workspace Name
1 - Navigate to the Workspace page
2 - Select 'Filters'
Filter the workspace list by a workspace name containing a specific value
Filter the workspace list by a workspace name that is exactly a specific value
3 - Select 'Apply' to filter the list
4 - To remove a filter, select the 'x' icon on its right hand side
Only 1 workspace name filter is permitted, the most recently added will be the filter that is applied
The workspace name filters will always appear first.

2 - Select 'Filters'
3 - Select the 'Name' dropdown, to see the list of custom fields in the platform
4 - Select a custom field from the list to use as a filter
Filter the workspace list by a custom field containing a specific value
Filter the workspace list by a custom field that is exactly a specific value
5 - Select 'Apply' to filter the list
6 - To remove a filter, select the 'x' icon on its right hand side
Multiple custom field filters are permitted
Custom filters will be in the order in which they were added
