All about the Hub Dashboard

Understand the Dashboard page within the Hub.

The Dashboard is the home and the landing page for the HUB platform for all users upon login.

Two distinct types of Hub Dashboards cater to Users with varying areas of responsibility:

  • Emissions Dashboard

  • Errors Dashboard

Errors Dashboard

Users will see a summary of transactions metrics at the top of the Dashboard page with a queue of any recent errors displayed beneath.

The dashboard displays the 10 most recent errors that occurred while processing data between a company and a company's trading partners. Users are able to see the details of each error by clicking on a given row.

The dashboard also displays the following metrics:

  • The number of all transactions ("Total transactions")

  • The number of all errors ("Total Errors")

  • The number of transactions in the current month ("Transactions this month")

  • The number of errors that occurred in the current month ("Errors this month")

Total transactions metric displays the total number of transactions processed to date, including successful and failed transactions.

Total errors metric displays the total number of transactions processed to date, including failed transactions.

Transactions this month metric displays the total number of transactions processed in the current month starting on the first day of the month at 00:00:01 until the last day at 23:59:59. It includes successful and failed transactions.

Errors this month metric displays the total number of unsuccessful transactions in the current month.
