For guest users where the Orders Module has been enabled, users can easily navigate to the Orders page and create a new Order by clicking the “Create Order“ button.
Users can select requested product(s) from the list by searching via product name or SKU number.
Users must select at least 1 product, and the current max products is 50 per order.
After the product is selected, users can choose the quantity and Requested Delivery Date.
Optionally, users can also enter a PO number, type in some Order Notes and Attach File (e.g. Purchase Order) and click Create button.
The Order will be shown at the Orders list page. After creation, all Orders are set to New status.
All Guest Users and Account Managers of at the Company will be automatically added to the new Order as Collaborators for visibility.
Collaborators will automatically receive all emails and notifications from the Order, and colleagues at your company will be automatically added by default to this order.
