Orders List User Experience
For guest users linked with a Company utilising the Orders Module, you can access the Orders module from the navigation pane and view the Orders list.
Internal users will need to have Orders Module enabled in their work area in order to access and view orders.
List Rules
All columns in the Orders List can be sorted by alphabetical order (A-Z, Z-A).
Inside the Orders List, guest users can view all orders linked to their company, including orders created by colleagues within Veratrak, and orders created within the integrated ERP system.
All users can access a multi-select filtering for order statuses to manage their view.
All users have access to sort orders by created date, by utilising the date picker, and choosing a date range.
Internal users can find orders for all companies of their Work Area and filter by a relevant Company that has submitted the order.
