Users can access Order Details page by selecting on any Order from the Orders List page.
Inside the Order Details page, you can find the list of collaborators, Order Information, and expandable tabs at the bottom for Products, Collaborators, Attachments, Comments and Activity.
Products will show all related products for the order and other accompanying line items as the order is fulfilled.
Collaborators will show the list of all collaborators within the Order with some short information about each person. New Guest users or Account Managers for the order's company, will be added to the Collaborators tab
Attachments provides the possibility to add relevant documents connected to the Order. Users can also preview or download original documents attached during order submission.
Comments tab allows for order-related communication. Full comment history is available to centralise communication, and add attachments to comments.
Finally, the Activity tab contains comprehensive information about all updates, changes, and comment history for a particular Order. Full detail of each user action is also available in the Audit Log.
