For internal users with permission to share files and folders with other users, it's easy to invite new guests to register onto Veratrak to access files and folders.
1. Within File Vault, navigate to the "Share" modal, to manage user access and user permission for a given file or folder.

2. Select 'Invite new guests'
3. Invite individual guests or multiple guests to this file/folder, by adding email, name and selecting company.
4. Once the invite has sent, manage guest user permissions below alongside other user access.
